Due to complications regarding the COVID-19 virus orders may take 1-2 weeks to process and ship. This policy begins 24 hours after your order is placed and processed. 

HOW DO I KNOW IF MY ORDER IS CONFIRMED?

You will receive an order confirmation email after your order is placed.

CAN I MAKE CHANGES TO MY ORDER?

No, once an order is placed you cannot make any changes. You can however return or exchange your order. (see returns)

WHEN DOES MY ORDER SHIP?

Once the order is placed, your items will ship within 2 business days. 

CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

Yes. You will be sent a confirmation email that contains your tracking number once your package has shipped.

HOW LONG WILL SHIPPING TAKE?

Standard shipping takes 5-10 business days to arrive once it has been packed and shipped from our facility.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES:

WHAT IS THE RETURN POLICY?

We do not do refunds or exchanges. We will gladly issue you store credit in the form of an e-gift card to the email address on file. Store credit can be used immediately and never expires. (Please not, all items are inspected before shipped).

 All returned items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged. Any returned items that appear to have been worn, washed, or damaged in any way will result in ineligibility to receive store credit.

 Any worn or damaged items will be returned to sender.

 Any damages or wrong items reported after this grace period will be ineligible for return.

 Store credits are valid for a lifetime. Store credits will be authorized via an e-gift card that will be emailed to you, once your return is quality controlled and approved. We will update you every step of the way (via email). Please allow 2 business days for returns to be processed. We will email you when the return is received and within processing.

ARE RETURNS FREE?

Unfortunately we are unable to offer free returns at this time. Customers must pay the shipping cost for returns. Please email (info@tiffanypretty.com) for further details.

WHAT IF I RECEIVE A DAMAGED ITEM?

We will accept returns on damaged items as long as it is unworn and with the original tags.

Unfortunately at the moment we do not ship international at the moment.

We ship via UPS which can take anywhere between 2-10 business days (depending on your location) to arrive once it’s been packed and shipped from our facility.

DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS?

We do  accept returns, however you are required to pay all shipping charges.
